Diana Voronetcaia is a Moldovan pianist, accompanist, and organist based in Zurich. Her artistic work spans opera, orchestral performance, chamber music. At the heart of her musical practice lies close collaboration with singers, instrumentalists, and conductors, exploring and shaping nuanced musical interpretations together.

She is currently a member of the Orchestra Academy of the Zurich Opera House, where she performs as an orchestral pianist in opera and ballet productions, playing piano, celesta, and organ. Her work requires exceptional precision in score reading, outstanding sight-reading skills, and close artistic collaboration with conductors and orchestra musicians. Among her recent productions is Sergei Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet under the musical direction of Gianandrea Noseda. Alongside her orchestral activities, Diana regularly works as an accompanist at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), where she collaborates with brass and woodwind classes and accompanies audition training. She also serves as an accompanist at the Zakhar Bron School of Music in Zurich, coaching young musicians in preparation for competitions, orchestral auditions, and concert performances.

From 2016 to 2022, Diana was the orchestral pianist of the National Philharmonic of Moldova, where she gained extensive experience in the symphonic repertoire and developed a broad orchestral background. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Music Performance at the Zurich University of the Arts, further refining her artistic profile with a particular focus on opera, orchestral performance, and chamber music. In addition to her concert activities, Diana is active as an organist in Reformed, Roman Catholic, and Christ Catholic churches throughout Switzerland. For Diana, chamber music represents the most profound form of musical communication. She is particularly inspired by the artistic dialogue with fellow musicians and by the shared pursuit of an individual sound, musical depth, and compelling interpretation. This spirit of collaboration and artistic curiosity lies at the core of her musical identity.
